It was murder!! But I still say, if the January 6th terrorists had been black or brown, there would have been a LOT more dead and NO one would have been pardoned, that’s for sure.

I hadn’t heard about this. I appreciate you for sharing her story. It’s clear that this woman was a shining light.

White men are predators and murderers, that’s one of the hard truths I’ve learned in my life. Ashley should be alive, but this man was like so many other violent white men and stole her from the world.

And those poor kids he has forever — FOREVER — traumatized.

America has a system with a progression of legal procedures, not a justice system. This poor woman wasn't protected by the law in life or death. She and her family received no justice.

i have experienced a break with reality due to a medication withdrawal reaction. twice, in fact.

what i never did was harm a living soul. i gave away possessions and swam in the river and did other outlandish things but i never ever considered harming anyone.

that’s how i know that everything the shitbag atty said is a lie.

“mental illness” doesn’t make you violent and neither do breaks with reality.

much like being intoxicated, you’re more likely to show your true self. if your true self is a violent dirtbag, then that’s who you become.

i’m beyond offended that once again “mental illness” is being blamed for the evil that a man has wrought.

Maybe both people were bad. Maybe she was abusive. Divorce was still an option so no sympathy for a man that murders his wife especially in front of their kids.

Yes! And he shot her more than once. After that first shot? 💯 percent murder.

The charge was light because she was a woman. All women are second-class citizens in the US now.

I’m releasing the deep dive on Jordan this week. He was leading a double life. . . This was premeditated.

How does a capital murder case get downgraded to manslaughter? How is this woman’s homicide in any way unintentional?
